General

At present we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

No contract will commence between you and Underkecks for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Underkecks accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Underkecks irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Underkecks takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Underkecks website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit card details are never received or held by Underkecks.

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage, packing and gift wrapping charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Underkecks liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items in original condition and unworn with the tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.
